CB Richard Ellis has further strengthened its Victorian residential valuations team with the appointment of Justin Shanley.
The recruitment further expands CBRE’s Victorian residential valuations business, which is headed by Jarrod Frazer.
Frazer said the high level of activity in the Melbourne residential market – particularly in the prestige sector – was providing significant opportunities to grow CBRE’s platform and provide a full service offering for clients.
“Residential mortgage valuations are a rapidly growing area of our business and we see significant opportunities to grow our platform in Victoria, particularly at the prestige end of the market,” Frazer said.
Shanley has 16 years of experience and has specialised in prestige property across metropolitan Melbourne since 1998.
