VALAD has secured a wholesale marketing material manufacturer to a new industrial facility in the Netherlands.
Trisco has leased 2,533 sqm space at Vijzelweg 27, Waalwijk on an annual rental value of €110,000.
Situated north of Waalwijk and near the A59 motorway in the south of the Netherlands, Vijzelweg 27 has excellent transport links with the rest of the Benelux region. Following a refurbishment earlier in the year, the 8,553 sqm building is now nearly fully let, with Trisco joining existing tenant RAFET Stoffeerderij.
Valad’s head of Benelux Mark McLaughlin said to have the building almost fully let so soon after its refurbishment is good news.
