COLLIERS International has recruited Sara Pratt, the respected authority of Sydney’s North Shore’s commercial property market, from Knight Frank.
In the role of national director of client development, Pratt brings almost three decades of focused North Shore expertise.
She has also headed projects Valad, Eureka Funds Management, Perron Investments, Mirvac, Becton, Charter Hall, Century Funds Management, Goodman, Investa and Colonial.
Colliers NSW CEO Malcom Tyson said the appointment will become integral to the region’s most capable and knowledgeable property teams.
“She joins us at an important time in focusing on of our North Shore business. In the area we are seeing constrained supply and the market becoming increasingly dynamic with opportunities starting to re-emerge across all asset types,” he added.
