JONES Lang LaSalle has bolstered its office leasing in NSW.
Chris Gilbert has taken on the role of director of project leasing and development and will work closely with David Bowden in Victoria.
And following Gilbert’s appointment, JLL has recruited CB Richard Ellis’ top leasing and tenant representation operative in Shanghai, Tim O’Connor to head up its office leasing team in NSW.
He will join the firm in January following a 10 year stint in Asia working with Savills and CBRE in Hong Kong and Shanghai.
O’Connor has 18 years experience in the commercial property industry, with the majority of that time spent in a variety of leasing roles. He has worked on major office projects in Hong Kong, including the International Commerce Centre.
