CFS Retail Property Trust has delayed the settlement on the purchase of the DFO South Wharf and Homemaker Hub.
CFS said the acquisition, which was due to be settled on November 30, has been delayed by circumstances outside of its control.
Completion is pending the finalisation and execution of relevant ground lease documentation by the new Victorian State Government following the recent State Government election.
The new settlement date is due by mid December 2010.
