JONES Lang LaSalle’s Integrated Facilities Management business has won two awards at the 2010 FMA Awards for Excellence in Sydney.
Jones Lang LaSalle’s head of IFM for Australasia Chris Hunt said the the Facilities Manager of the Year Award recognises the work of John Burgess, General Manager, ANZ Centre, who has worked with one of our major clients, ANZ on the delivery of ANZ Centre – the Southern Hemisphere’s largest single occupancy office building.
And the State and Federal Government Excellence in FM Award recognises the work of Andrew McColl, Head of Government Business and the IFM team in Canberra.
“The total government portfolio under Jones Lang LaSalle management is in excess of 1 million sqm of property. Last year alone, the IFM business was appointed to more than eight new government or corporate contracts to provide property management services.
“Our business is going from strength to strength and it is the quality of our people, demonstrated by John Burgess and Andrew McColl who been recognised by the industry through these awards, that contribute to our success,” Hunt said.
