JONES Lang LaSalle has appointed former CBRE senior manager Andrew Westaway as director, metro office leasing NSW.
Westaway will focus on the Sydney city fringe precincts and brings over 15 years experience.
“We are pleased to be adding an experienced agency executive to Jones Lang LaSalle’s growing team. Having acted on behalf of major clients in leasing deals including Goodman, FKP, Orchard and Peejays Developments, Andrew will play a pivotal role in providing service to Jones Lang LaSalle’s existing and future clients,” ,” JLL’s NSW head office leasing Chris Gilbert said.
Westaway is already looking forward to the next year, he predicted 2011 will see a return to improved rental growth buoyed by strong employment figures and a reinvigorated demand for office space.
“Locations in areas such as Surry Hills, Pyrmont and Ultimo are increasing in popularity and we believe we are well-placed to provide excellent value in the coming months,” Westaway concluded.
