CB Richard Ellis’ commercial valuer, Angela Buckley has been named ‘Young Achiever of the Year’ at the Australian Property Institute Queensland Excellence in Property Awards.
The API QLD awards acknowledge the efforts of individuals and showcase excellence within the property industry.
The Young Achiever award is given to an individual API member who has at an early stage in their professional career achieved outstanding performance in property through their contribution to their organisation and the property industry.
CBRE’s valuations and advisory services national director Peter Fay said Buckley was an invaluable member.
“Angela has over eight years experience in the property industry, and now specialises in the valuation of motels, resorts, hotels and childcare properties for various finance, investment and development companies,” he added.
“In addition she recently joined the API’s Future Professionals Program (FPP) taskforce which aims to deliver a module-based learning and mentoring program for university graduates to improve their professional standards before they apply to become Associates of the Institute,” Fay concluded.
