GRANT Tishler has joined commercial agency Crabtrees Real Estate as a director and equity shareholder.
Tishler is a director of GTP Consulting and has more than20 years experience in asset management, corporate real estate, and project development, having negotiated over 300 hectares of commercial land and over 400,000 sqm of purpose built space, principally developed for major international and local companies.
He spent 12 years working in a senior property executive role with the Pellicano Builders Group.
“Grant has extensive experience in all aspects of the sale, leasing and development of commercial property including the negotiation of lease renewals and rent reviews.
“Grant joins us at Crabtrees Real Estate at an important time in the growth of our agency as an important participant in the commercial and industry sectors especially in the south-eastern industrial quadrant of Melbourne,” CRE directors and owners Chris McKenzie and Gavin Dumas said.
