M3PROPERTY has appointed two senior directors in New South Wales.
John Waugh has been appointed as a director. He specialises in the valuation of office parks, large metropolitan commercial developments and bulky goods centres and was previously with CB Richard Ellis and Colliers International.
Will Barton has been appointed as associate director and is a senior member of the national agribusiness team.
Barton specialises in the valuation of agricultural enterprises and has particular experience in large, intensive horticultural holdings benefitted by water entitlements. He also has experience in valuing rural and urban properties for compensation purposes.
