KNIGHT Frank has made several new senior appointments to its growing commercial sales division.
Richard Garland has joined as director of commercial sales and Andrew Palmer as executive – commercial sales.
With 23 years experience in the NSW commercial and retail property market, Garland specialises in investment and development site sales for private, government, corporate and institutional clients. He previously held senior positions at DTZ, Colliers International, Jones Lang Wootton and LJ Hooker.
Palmer was most recently with Saunders & Staniforth Valuers. Both will work with Brett Burridge and the rest of the team to continue to secure major transactions and execute quality deals.
“We are focused on building our agency business, particularly on the eastern seaboard. Richard and Andrew’s appointments to our commercial sales team are a demonstration of this,” Knight Frank’s executive chairman Stephen Ellis said.
