GOODMAN Group has appointed Phillip Pryke as an independent director.
His appointment follows the resignation of its independent director Diane Grady.
Pryke is a former investment banker and is currently the deputy chairman of Contact Energy, New Zealand’s largest energy utility, where he was previously chairman from 1995-2004.
He is also a partner and an executive team member of Co-Investor Capital Partners Pty Limited and is a director of Goodman (NZ) Limited.
