CB Richard Ellis has promoted Peter Fallon to head its growing New South Wales residential valuations team.
Fallon is a director of residential valuations based in CBRE’s Newcastle office. He has over 15 years experience in the property industry and was previously managing director of valuation and advisory team AGS Property, which merged with CBRE in late 2008.
CBRE regional director, residential valuations, Tom Edwards said Fallon had been instrumental in driving a series of major projects since joining CBRE. These included the oversight, coordination and successful delivery of the Housing NSW valuations and consultancy contract in the Hunter Region, which was initiated through the Federal Government’s stimulus package.
Fallon will continue to be based in Newcastle and will have a hands-on role as Director of CBRE’s NSW Residential Valuations team as well as ultimate responsibility for overseeing approximately 40 valuers across four separate CBRE offices in NSW.
