ST Hilliers has appointed Steve Williams as a non-executive director of its advisory board, replacing Stewart Wallis who has retired after serving on the board since 1999.
St Hilliers executive chairman Tim Casey said Williams has a long association with St Hilliers and has provided legal consulting services primarily in development projects since the mid 1990s.
“Steve brings exceptional skills and experience in the areas of corporate, commercial and property transactions and will make a valuable contribution to the business growth strategies, corporate governance and compliance,” he added.
A Partner of Kemp Strang Lawyers since 1993, Williams is a commercial lawyer with over 35 years experience. He is currently chairman of Coffey International Limited, an ASX listed multi-specialist engineering and professional services company. He is also a non-executive director of PrimeAg Australia Limited, which is an ASX listed owner and operator of agricultural farming properties in NSW and QLD and a non-executive director and Chairman of Axiom Mining Limited, which is an ASX listed gold and copper exploration company.
