CB Richard Ellis has appointed highly experienced facility management professional Peter Starsunn to the role of director of its Melbourne based technical services team.
Starsunn has over 20 years of experience including his most recent role as senior facilities manager for Brookfield Multiplex, with overall responsibility for 54 owned and over 300 leased properties with a combined area of approximately 500,000 sqm. Prior to that he held senior positions at DTZ, Yarra Valley Water and United KFPW.
CBRE director of asset services David Kollias said the appointment further expanded CBRE’s market leading team, which included 25 staff in Victoria.
“In the current environment there has been a renewed emphasis on risk management and OH&S issues.
“Peter’s depth of experience will add considerable weight to our existing team particularly in the lead up to the new government requirements in relation to sustainability requirements and NABERs assessments,” Kollias said.
