COLLIERS International has appointed James Crawford to the role of Gold Coast industrial executive.
Crawford will be in charge of leasing and sales within the Southport and surrounding Gold Coast industrial precincts.
“James’ prior experience within the industrial sector and sales roles has armed him with the skills and knowledge to deliver a superior level of service within the local market,” Colliers Gold Coast industrial director Pat Cavanagh said.
Crawford said he was excited to join the team of experienced and professional industrial sales operators.
“With Southport being the central business hub on the Gold Coast and with recent zoning changes to the local area by the Gold Coast City Council, the suburb offers a unique and dynamic market in its own right,” he added.
