CB Richard Ellis has appointed Peter Galante to lead the firm’s Victorian asset services team.
Galante was most recently held senior asset management roles with Orchard Funds Management and Jones Lang LaSalle. Prior to that he was in CBRE’s asset services and industrial services business.
CBRE Victoria senior managing director Matt Haddon said the appointment would further strengthen CBRE’s highly regarded property management team.
In tandem with Galante’s recruitment, CBRE’s David Talyor has been appointed to a new business development role. In his new capacity, Taylor will relocate to CBRE’s Brisbane office later this year.
