PAYCE Consolidated has reached an agreement with the NSW Government for an urban renewal project in Riverwood.
The agreement relates to the replacement of 150 social housing units and the construction of up to 450 private units on the four hectare Housing NSW site at Riverwood over the next nine years.
Housing Minister Frank Terenzini Robert Furolo said the $100 million Riverwood North affordable housing project will include a mix of social and private housing for seniors and affordable dwellings.
“The social housing units will all be managed by St George Community Housing when they are built, growing community housing in the area and providing an alternative landlord for the social housing tenants,” he added.
