COLLIERS International has appointed Ben Laycock as director of retail to its Adelaide office.
Colliers’ South Australian CEO James Young said the new role will service the growing demand from the retail sector within the state.
“Ben has a strong and varied background in the industry, having held key leasing and management roles with two of the top four real estate agencies. This included the management and leasing of a major shopping centre portfolio of some 28 centres and significantly the $65 million West Lakes re-development. He has also worked with national retailers including Wendys, Cookie Man and Baskin Robbins,” he added.
“Ben is highly skilled and has considerable expertise in the retail market having been in the property industry for more than 22 years. He has a built a solid reputation for consistently delivering outstanding results across a variety of retail project developments, retail leasing and management,” Young concluded.
