LORENZO Grollo’s Equiset development group has scooped up two accolades at the Australian Property Institute (Vic) Annual ‘Excellence in Property Awards’.
Grollo won two awards for its Goods Shed North redevelopment at Melbourne Docklands. Grollo’s development group won both the Heritage and the Environmental Awards.
The special API President’s Award was won by Major Projects Victoria for AAMI Park.
API’s Property Development Awards was won by the Evolve Development at 264 Drummond Street, Carlton.
And the Bunnings Warehouse Property Trust won the Ernst & Young Joe Curlewis Property Trust Industry Award, which recognises financial performance and innovation in the property industry.
Property Industry Award was won by Charter Keck Cramer for ‘Land Supply Studies’.
Whilst the API’s Young Achiever Award was given jointly to William Barton and Teresa Rados; and the Local Government award went to Maribyrnong Council for the Phoenix Youth Centre.
