Grant Bulstrode and Michelle Michelin have joined CBRE’s North Sydney office and Martin Vockler in the South Sydney office.
CBRE senior director Peter Flint said the appointments were a strategic move to capitalise on the strengthening fundamentals in the Sydney office leasing market.
Bulstrode has over 15 years experience in the property industry in marketing, residential valuations and sales. Originally from the UK, he has joined CBRE’s North Sydney office as an associate director of Office Services.
Michelin has been appointed as manager of office service after three years in CBRE’s asset services division developing the firm’s Private Client Group.
Finally Vockler has joined as manager of commercial sales & leasing. He has more than 20 years experience and most recently property manager and leasing consultant for Colliers International in Coffs Harbour.
