COLLIERS International has opened a new dedicated off-shore desk in Hong Kong to market products in Australia.
James Hall has taken the role of residential director of foreign sales.
Managing director of residential Peter Chittenden said Asian investors recognise the resilience of the Australian property market and currently there are few dedicated Australian residential specialists off-shore assisting the needs of our local property developers.
Hall comes from Knight Frank where he has held the role of national director prestige residential since 2006 servicing, in particular, foreign investors and Australian’s returning from the UK and Asia.
He has also worked with Christies Great Estates where he was involved in setting a number of residential price records.
