RECENTLY established Gorman Commercial has expanded its property managements business with the purchase Woodards Real Estate’s portfolio.
Managing director Stephen Gorman said Gorman Commercial is aiming to be a premium property manager that also offers a comprehensive sales and leasing services to investors, fund managers and institutional owners.
“The Woodards acquisition grows the number of properties under Gorman Commercial’s management by about one third.
“The majority of managements added by the Woodards commercial portfolio purchase are located in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs, including a significant number in and around Box Hill for instance, so we see significant synergies with our existing managements,” he concluded.
