COLLIERS International has opened its first Sydney residential property services and management office after merging with apartment specialists, Watermark Property Management.
Colliers residential managing director Peter Chittenden said the company’s team has worked successfully with Watermark for five years and the synergy and like-minded professionalism has proven to be a winning formula.
“Implementation of the merger has been seamless and a natural progression for both businesses,” he added.
Watermark currently has a rent roll of more than 250 luxury Sydney homes and apartments, which will continue to grow.
The office is also strategically positioned adjacent to Lend Lease’s $6 billion Barangaroo development with plans currently before NSW Department of Planning to deliver about 800 apartments and more than 300,000 sqm of office space.
