PERTH property developer Finbar has restructured its management board.
Paul Rengel has stepped down as chairman but will continue to serve as a non executive director. He has held the position since 1992.
Meanwhile John Chan will quit as managing director and takeover as executive chairman. He has held the role of managing director since 1995.
And Darren Pateman, currently chief executive officer and company secretary, is appointed to the position of managing director. He has been 15 years in the senior management team and has served as company secretary since 1996, CEO since 2006, and was appointed an executive director in 2008.
Finally Edward Bank, who has served as chief financial officer since 2005, is appointed company secretary.
