BAULDERSTONE $181 million development at 121 Marcus Clarke Street Canberra has secured a 5 Star Green Star – Office Design v2 rating, and a 4.5 star NABERS design rating.
The project is the first office building being constructed at the ANU Exchange. The 38-level, 96,000 sqm premium office space features extensive environmentally sustainable development design initiatives including use of recycled content in steel and concrete, and reduced greenhouse emissions.
