CB Richard Ellis has recruited one of Adelaide’s most experienced asset managers, Alex Robertson to expand its South Australian team.
Robertson has over 25 years in commercial property industry including his previous role as asset manager for the Motor Accident Commission and 11 years experience as a senior property manager at Jones Lang LaSalle. He has joined CBRE as a senior asset manager, based in the firm’s King William Street offices.
CBRE’s Adelaide managing director Philip Rundle said CBRE had moved to expand its leadership in the Adelaide team based on the strength of the asset services business line, which represented 25% of CBRE’s revenue in Asia Pacific.
