CB Richard Ellis has appointed Phill Rockliff to head its fast growing pacific asset services team.
Rockliff has more than 20 years experience in the property industry, including directorship roles at Colliers and Jones Lang LaSalle prior to being appointed as senior asset manager at Valad and more recently as Toga’s general manager of property investment.
CBRE Australia & New Zealand CEO Tom Southern said the appointment was a coup given Rockliff’s depth of experience, significant contact base and track record of managing best in class teams.
“Asset Services represents 25% of CBRE’s revenue in the Pacific and we have aggressive plans for continued growth.
“As a result we have decided to grow our leadership team and we are confident that Phill will be a strong and effective leader for our Asset Services business,” he added.
CBRE has also promoted Sam Cuccurrullo to the newly created role of executive managing director of Asset Services for the Asia Pacific region.
