RECENTLY established Brisbane property fund manager, Sentinel Asset Management has appointed Anthony Lattin as its commercial transactions manager.
Lattin was previously a corporate solicitor for the Westfield in London, where he was involved in finance and contract negotiation, joint venture structuring and management, and the establishment of a £530 million pound wholesale fund.
Prior to joining Westfield, he worked for Herbert Smith Lawyers in London.
“Anthony’s work at Westfield has given him invaluable experience working with a global leader in property investment and development, and he has a particularly deep understanding of funds management,” SAM’s managing director Warren Ebert said.
SAM is looking to build a $300 million property portfolio by December 31 2010.
