DEVINE has reorganized its senior management team with the appointment of three executives to head up its Queensland and Victorian housing and land operations.
Devine has appointed Neil Anderson to the role of Victorian general manager, housing and land; Andrew Brimblecombe – Queensland general manager, housing and land; and Warren Thomson as general manager, marketing.
Managing director David Keir said the appointments were the final stage of the company’s management reorganisation which was undertaken to reflect the company’s strategic focus on residential development.
Prior to joining Devine, Anderson was CEO of Macquarie Bank’s subsidiaries Urban Pacific and Medallist Developments.
Brimblecombe joins Devine after a 15 year career with Delfin Lend Lease. He has also worked with Macquarie Bank, Multiplex and Ariadne.
Thomson has more than 12 years experience in marketing, most recently with Lend Lease.
