CB Richard Ellis has appointed Simon Purdy to head its expanding Brisbane-based commercial management division.
CBRE director, asset services, Sheryl Jackson said the appointment further strengthened the firm’s Queensland property management team, which currently comprised 55 personnel.
Purdy has over 15 years experience in commercial property management, including senior positions with Jones Lang LaSalle, Savills and Strategic Property Solutions.
He will be based in CBRE’s Waterfront Place offices in the Brisbane CBD.
