COLLIERS International has strengthened its North Sydney office leasing team with the appointment of Lisa Treble and Michael Arcus, from CB Richard Ellis.
Both have commenced at Colliers in the role of manager of office leasing.
Colliers director of leasing Frank Sassine said the appointments have positioned the company’s North Sydney as the dominant office leasing team in the lower north shore with specialists able to position and lease all grades of office space.
“During their four years at CBRE, Lisa and Michael played a dominant role across markets from Milsons Point to Hornsby.
“The move to Colliers International is a testament to our culture and strength of brand,” he added.
Colliers International has had recent success in the lower North Shore, in particular with 101 Miller Street, 40 Mount Street and 162 Blues Point Road where up to 42,000sqm of space has been leased.
Since January, new appointments for the team include 146 Arthur Street, 53 Berry Street and 213 Miller Street, North Sydney and 154 Pacific Highway, St Leonards.
