THE consumer watchdog has put a halt on RP Data’s two proposed acquisitions.
The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission has requested RP Data not complete the acquisitions of ValEx Group Pty Ltd and the Valuation Management Software division of
Sandstone Technology Pty Ltd while it conducts a review.
The news raw RP Data shares fall 3.22% or 3 cents to close at 90 cents yesterday.
