CB Richard Ellis has recruited one of Brisbane’s most experienced leasing agents David Prosser.
Prosser has been appointed state director of CBRE’s Queensland office services team.
CBRE’s QLD senior managing director Bruce Baker said Prosser’s extensive market knowledge and broad contact base would add considerable strength and leadership to CBRE’s leasing team at a time when office market fundamentals were improving.
