CB Richard Ellis has expanded its town planning division into Victoria with the appointment of Trevor Ludeman.
CBRE senior director town planning Tony Adams said the launch represented the latest step in the national expansion of the firm’s planning practice, which has quadrupled in size in the past four years, underpinned by client demand for efficient, speedier planning resolutions.
CBRE is the only major commercial property services firm in Australia to offer town planning services. With 16 professionals, CBRE operates one of the largest town planning practices in the ACT/ NSW market, with offices in Canberra, Sydney and Newcastle.
CBRE launched its Town Planning operation in 2006 following the acquisition of the Canberra-based McCann valuation and planning practice.
Ludeman previously operated his own Melbourne-based practice working with a range of clients and government agencies.
