COLLIERS International has appointed rural real estate specialist Craig Young to lead its rural and agriculture division in New South Wales.
Young has more than 20 years experience in the sector, including roles in agency services, land and livestock sales, wool broking and finance. He also held business interests in four PRDnationwide offices based in Gloucester, Stroud, Taree and Nabiac.
Colliers national director of investment sales Jon Chomley said the appointment builds on the business’ established division in South Australia.
“We have seen some great results from the team in South Australia and can see the need to build on these results within New South Wales.
“New South Wales, like South Australia, boasts a diverse range of agricultural activities all of which are seeing an improvement in returns,” he added.
