THE WEST Australian Government has appointed Cedar Woods as development partner to the Cape Peron marina based tourist precinct in Rockingham.
Cedar Woods managing director Paul Sadleir said the company was pleased once again be partnering with LandCorp and working with the Rockingham Kwinana Development Office and the City of Rockingham.
“This partnership further diversifies our business and is timely given the gradually improving market conditions we are experiencing in WA.
“This project will complement the existing Rockingham Beachfront giving the community improved beach access, marina, affordable family accommodation, additional retail and commercial areas and waterfront housing options,” he added.
