CB Richard Ellis has recruited sustainability expert Rebecca Pearce to drive the firm’s sustainability initiatives in the Pacific Region.
Pearce has been appointed to the newly created position of associate director of sustainability and she will be based Sydney.
CBRE President & CEO, Australia & New Zealand, Tom Southern said the appointment was consistent with CBRE’s broader strategy to become the industry leader in the area of environmental sustainability.
Pearce has extensive international experience, with previous roles including co-leadership of Westpac’s 2017 Sustainability Strategy, high level positions within Westpac’s Property division and senior roles within leading architecture firms such as Cox Richardson.
Recently she has been working in the United Arab Emirates as a senior associate with Sustainability Advisory Group.
