JONES Lang LaSalle has expanded its corporate solutions business in Western Australia with the appointment of Andrew Campbell.
To be based in Perth, Campbell has been appointed as a national director of corporate solutions. He has over 20 years experience in the property industry – 14 of those spent in the WA market.
Prior to spearheading JLL’s business, he was a director of technical real estate, specialising in data centres and he was involved in the high-profile $750 million Canberra Technology City Project.
Prior to TRE he was head of corporate advisory with CB Richard Ellis.
JLL’s Australian head of corporate solutions Tony Wyllie said Campbell has previously provided advisory to a number of national and multi-national accounts and his skills and knowledge in this area will be an asset to the company.
“As the West Australian economy continues to grow, the corresponding employment growth will flow into increasing requirements by companies for solutions to their corporate real estate needs,” Wyllie said.
