CBRE has expanded its residential projects business into Victoria after recruiting senior Valad executive Andrew Leoncelli.
Leoncelli has come on board as director of the Victorian residential projects team, based in CBRE’s Rialto offices in Collins St.
CBRE Victorian managing director Matt Haddon said the launch of the new Victorian business was consistent with the firm’s strategy of adding complementary services to its core offerings to provide clients with more comprehensive real estate solutions.
Leoncelli joins CBRE from Valad, where he was development manager for the high profile AIR apartment project on the former Pentridge Prison site. Some 265 of the 290 apartments in the Coburg project have been sold over the past 12 months.
