LUXURY resorts manager Domain Resorts & Residences has merged with Colliers International to form a new business.
Domain Resorts & Residences was responsible for managing all holiday accommodation at the $1.5 billion Domain Casuarina Beach Resort but will now become a shareholder in the new Colliers operation.
Colliers sales manager Graham Jones said the merger will significantly streamline the delivery of property services in the township and strongly positions Casuarina Beach for future market growth.
The new venture will offer the full range of sales and leasing services for residential, retail and commercial properties throughout the coastal hot spot as well as resales and property management for permanent and holiday leasing.
