KNIGHT Frank has strengthened its capital transactions division by luring Brett Burridge from CB Richard Ellis to head the firm’s NSW business.
Burridge has been appointed Knight Frank’s NSW director of sales and investments.
With over 30 years commercial property experience Burridge is highly regarded as an investment property specialist.
He has been responsible for negotiating numerous landmark transactions in Sydney including the $126.25 million sale to GPT Group of a 50% interest in Zenith, Chatswood.
