JONES Lang LaSalle has appointed Lincoln Reynolds to its Victorian sales and leasing team.
Reynolds was most recently with Collier International.
Jones Lang LaSalle Victoria managing director Andrew Wood said he is pleased to continue to grow the JLL team in Victoria.
“Having specialised in commercial and industrial property transactions in the Melbourne City Fringe for the past seven years, Lincoln brings a strong client base of private and institutional property developers and investors, as well as an extensive track record,” Wood said.
Reynolds recently sold 292 Lorimer St Port Melbourne for $8.3 million on a yield of 7.7% on behalf of Sarchi Property Developments to a private investor. He has also been responsible for the relocation of many major companies including Crazy John’s, Ricoh, Allied Express, Specsavers, Willmott Forests and Porter Davis Homes.
