CB Richard Ellis has recruited industry veteran David Elam to join its expanding global corporate services team, based in Melbourne.
CBRE GCS director Anthony Ludeman said Elam had been appointed to drive the development of the GCS industrial business unit and build on the existing client base, which included names such as Coca Cola Amatil, Pacific Brands, Jeld-Wen and Onesteel.
Elam was most recently the principal of Terrain Property in Melbourne and has previously held senior roles at Jones Lang LaSalle.
