BROOKFIELD Multiplex Capital Management has wound up the Multiplex Diversified Property Fund.
MDPF is the largest unitholder of the ASX-listed Multiplex Acumen Property Fund, holding a 21.4% stake.
Assets owned by MDPF will be distributed in-specie to unitholders.
Entities wholly owned by Brookfield Australia Pty Ltd own approximately 70.5% of the units on issue in MDPF.
Upon in-specie distribution unitholders in MDPF will acquire direct ownership of the units in MPF.
