KNIGHT Frank is expanding its regional Queensland network with the opening of a new office on the Fraser Coast.
Knight Frank Fraser Coast will be headed by local property industry fixture Glen Winney, formerly of Queensland Commercial Properties.
Knight Frank Queensland managing director Grant Whittaker welcomed the Fraser Coast office to the fold.
He said the new office increases the agency’s stronghold in regional QLD and is an important addition to its national network of regional offices.
The Knight Frank Fraser Coast team includes Sharyn Daniel Winney, John Bone and Steve Dixon, who have a combined 45 years experience in commercial property and extensive local knowledge.
“We are extremely excited to be a part of a leading global organization and, with the backing of Knight Frank and its international affiliates, look forward to helping residents and investors achieve their commercial property goals, whether that be in sales, development, leasing or property management,” Winney said.
The new Knight Frank office is located in the Devino building at 65 Main St, Hervey Bay.
