CROMWELL Group has appointed of Marc Wainer as a non executive director.
Wainer is an executive director and co-CEO of Redefine Income Fund Limited and is the nominated board representative of Cromwell Group cornerstone investor Redefine Australian Investments Limited.
Mike Flax, another executive director of Redefine Income Fund Limited, was nominated and appointed as Wainer’s alternate.
