AUSTRALAND has completed its master planned community SeaGreen in Warriewood, 28kms north of the Sydney CBD.
Australand yesterday unveiled the final release of homes, The Cape apartments, following the sell out after just eight months on the market.
The apartments, being the last release, were priced from $660,000 – $680,000 and featured large open plan layouts, sustainable designs and double basement security parking. They met with high demand when released for sale off the plan earlier this year, leading to the fast sell out.
Australand’s NSW residential general manager Tony Pizzolato said interest in the new apartments had mirrored the high demand for all previous releases of SeaGreen homes.
“Along with the earlier release, The Canopy, The Cape apartments were the first of their kind on the Northern Beaches. The Cape apartments feature adaptable designs to suit the needs of older or less mobile residents, highlighting Australand’s goal to design a community that catered to the needs of its members,” he added.
“With very little new stock coming onto the market in the Northern Beaches area, SeaGreen represented a rare opportunity to purchase a brand new home in a sought after area,” Pizzolato continued.
Australand sold over 500 homes at SeaGreen since the community was launched to the market eight years ago.
Pizzolato said the fast sellout showed that the leafy community had fulfilled a market need for brand new homes offering a safe and relaxed living environment at an affordable pricepoint.
