AMP'S Australian Core Property Portfolio and Sunsuper have officially opened Brisbane's newest green building.
The $100m CDOP 4 building at Coronation Drive Office Park, was officially opened yesterday by Queensland Treasurer Andrew Fraser.
The property is located 2kms from the Brisbane GPO in the CBD Fringe suburb of Milton. The building comprises a total of over 17,000 sqm of PCA A-Grade office space over 12 floors.
Origin Energy recently signed as the anchor tenant for CDOP4 occupying 12,800 sqm of space and to accommodate its growing team Sunsuper will occupy 3,560 sqm for its new head office.
CDOP4 was awarded a 5 Star Green Star – Office Design v2 rating by the Green Building Council of Australia for environmental sustainability. An application will be submitted for a 5 Star Green Star as-built rating, as well as targeting to achieve a 5 Star NABERS Energy rating for CDOP4. Green Star is a comprehensive environmental rating scheme that evaluates the environmental performance of buildings.
