CB Richard Ellis has appointed Frank Oliveri to the newly created role of associate director of commercial agency for western Sydney.
In his new role, Oliveri will be responsible for CBRE’s office services and metropolitan investment properties teams, based out of the firm’s Parramatta office.
Oliveri joined CBRE two years ago, with a focus on Sydney’s south west. In his new role he will oversee both office leasing and investment sales, primarily in the $500,000 to $25 million range.
Oliveri has been a Fairfield City Councillor for the past 15 years and is an elected member of the Greater Western Sydney Economic Development Board, the Local Government Association of NSW and the Small Business Development Corporation. Last month, he was also appointed to the Federal Government to the newly formed Regional Development Australia – Greater Sydney board.
